Animal Collective just returned from the 3 day UK jaunt, and are pleased to say that Reading festival was their best festival experience ever! The staff at both Leeds and Reading were very organized , professional and accomodating and made the performances go off without a hitch. Many thanks to James, Emma, Julianne, Tony and Giz.
the Cable street show. Ummm…though it wasn’t the most professional production to date (quite possibly the worst in their career…) Animal Collective pulled it together and kept the crowd entertained for 2 + hours, Even going acoustic for a while during the 20 minute power outage.

Spank Rock came in on the early side of things- but got the Leeds folks all warmed up on Friday… which lead up to them KILLING it at TDK on saturday and absolutley devastaing the crowd at reading on Sunday! Much beer was thrown to the adoring crowd and the Spank boys brough ttheir best to the stage. Spank is still over there- set to return saturday- so go see them no win cardiff!

Gang Gang Dance came in on a long swedish drive and still blew minds at TDK on saturday. they are in full stride right now and this was made apparent at Luminaire on monday. Sold out show with Tinchy Stryder! They tore the house down! Just a few more shows for them over there now, so make sure not to miss them at the club level.
